The washing machine motor consumes 300W.
I want a little more power, but there is no problem in practical use.

The drawback is that continuous operation can not be performed.
The cooling was strengthened, but the motor temperature exceeds 90 ° C in about 8 minutes.
(The motor temperature will reach 120 ° C in about 10 minutes.)

I attached a temperature sensor to the motor and decided to use it while monitoring the temperature.

Since this circular saw is fixed with a linear shaft, its very rigid and safe.
It works as a panel saw once you place it on the wall, saving your precious workshop space!
Ive used cheap stainless pipes in this video, but this can be easily upgraded by using linear shafts, turning this into a high-precision and performance jig.

引き出しからドットレーザーが出てきたのでラインレーザーに変換するモジュールを作ってみました。

ドリルスタンドのガイドレーザーに使ったり、丸鋸に取り付けても面白そうです。

ラインの幅はピントを調整すれば0.3mm位の幅になります。
ただし、1mWのレーザー出力なので屋外だとほとんど見えないと思います。
室内なら問題ありません。
また、木工程度なら問題ないのですが、精度は期待しないほうが良いです。
純粋にラインレーザーが欲しいだけなら市販品を購入したほうが良いとおもいます。
2000円～3000円ほどで手に入るみたいなので。。。。

何個も作るなら自作した方が圧倒的に安上がりです。

I went overboard creating an extra rigid, super solid workbench using alminium frames.

With a height adjustable pad.

The worktop is made of Birch butcher block 40mm thickness. Ive purchased it from an online hardware store, very flat with no sign of warped surface. I only had to plane down about 0.2mm!

Homemade height gauge for circular saws and routers

I made a height gauge to use when adjusting the blade height of a table saw or a router.
The accuracy is limited to 0.1mm because it is an analog memory, but the height of the blade can be adjusted with an approximate accuracy.
