As youve seen, the stove looks very nice and works even better.
I think this construction is much better than the previous one. I used other solutions and better materials which gave me an interesting effect.
I bought rims at the junkyard, they were not fit for use because they were bent.
I used large rebar to make the grate. I am sure that they will last for at least a few years, especially burning «from above».
The sheet used to make the bottom, top and other parts is 2 mm thick, and the legs made from square tubing 5x5 cm.
The car brake disc you have seen is used to store heat and stiffen the top.
I made the door frames from a flat bar 50x4mm
Remember not to use the usual glass, because it breaks under the influence of high temperatures!

Well, This Katana took me too long to make and this was not easy to make it such perfect. Alot of People asked me to make Katana so i tried my best to make a perfect Katana Sword as i can.
All the Processes are below of making this beautiful KATANA:
Forging:
It took me almost three days to hand forge an Iron Chain piece into a long Metal Strip and this was one of my hardest forging ever. I dont have a power hammer so i did all the forging with hands and turned a chain piece into an almost 33 — 34 inches long steel strip.
Grinding:
I started some rough grindings of long strip on my Belt sander and turned the strip into a Katana shaped long steel piece. I also hand sanded the edges with the help of file to remove almost all the roughness of the sword.
o. I made the Blood Groove with the help of rotary grinder.
o. The blade bevel was made by my professional angle grinder.
o. Hand Sanded the blade to remove roughness.
Hardness:
There is a professional way to harden a Katana and that is
Covering the whole sword in a Fire Clay (Insulation) Except the blade bevel.After that we put the sword into the fire and heat it to critical temperature. We use oil to Quench the heated sword in it. Now the Bevel is hard and the remaining sword is annealed. Tempering the blade is the best way to increase the Strength, Hardness and Toughness of the sword.
Hibaki:
This piece is traditionally made by forging some copper or brass but we can also make it by casting these metals. And the purpose of hibaki is to hold the Sheath with the handle.
Handle:
The Handle contains three parts.
o. GUARD: I made the guard by using a thick brass sheet, which is roundly turned into a beautiful metal piece that can show a partition between the handle and the remaining sword.
o. Spacer: This is the little metal piece which fits on tang and controls the fittings of the whole handle so nothing should vibrate in handle.
o. Wood: A nice piece of wood uses as a handle of the sword and that could be Wrapped by some soft (leather) strips.

— И хотя у меня есть хороший распиловочный станок, мне понадобился небольшой мобильный станочек для выездного проекта. В одном из своих видео я показывал как сделать параллельную направляющую шину для циркулярной пилы. С ее помощью я нарезал три палки мдф шириной 8 см и две по 5 см. Из 8 см палок я сделаю параллельный упор, а 5 см пойдут на ребра жесткости.
Также у меня был кусок МДФ к нему я буду крепить циркулярную пилу. Важно чтобы хотя бы один угол у этого куска был прямым. В моем случае этот и этот углы прямые, так как все три кромки заводские. А вот с этой стороны углы могут иметь отличное от 90 градусов значение, тк кто-то тут пораоботал лобзиком. Далее в видео весь процесс изготовления станка буду вести, например, от этого угла.
Нам необходимо разместить пилу таким образом чтобы диск циркулярной пилы был перпендикулярен вот этой стороне.
На самом деле это не так сложно, нам даже не понадобится профессиональный разметочный инструмент, лишь потребуется кусок какого-нибудь материала с правильной геометрией, то есть с двумя параллельными сторонами. У меня это кусок ламината, у вас может быть какая-нибудь доска, кусок МДФ с заводскими краями, фанерка или что-то еще. Единственное условие, чтоб эта сторона была параллельна этой! Совмещаем край МДФ с краем ламината. Струбцинами закрепляем.
Сделав 4 отверстия в подошве циркулярной пилы размещаем ее плотно прижав к стороне куска ламината. Фиксируем циркулярку при помощи двух саморезов. Убедившись, что все хорошо закреплено — делаем отверстие в МДФ. Обратите внимание, что на моей циркулярной пиле стоял расклинивающий нож, его я перед этой операцией снял.
Отлично, дырень сделали. Теперь давайте сделаем параллельный упор. Совмещаем два 8 см куска МДФ, фиксируем струбцинами и закрепляем все это дело саморезами. Далее фиксируем будущий параллельный упорструбцинами таким образом, чтобы он был касался диска циркулярной пилы. Обратите внимание на твердосплавные зубья. Параллельный упор должен касаться именно их. Фиксируем упор струбцинами. Теперь берем оставшийся 8 см кусок МДФ и крепим его вот так. ПРоверяем параллельность упора.
Ну что, в общем-то все готово. Фиксируем кнопку включения и можно произвести тестовый распил. Попробую отпилить отпилить от этой доски кусок шириной в 47 мм.
Да, кстати, если хотите работать без травм, обязательно установите обратно расклинивающий нож перед началом работ. Во многих случаях он защищает от такого явления как обратная отдача. А также сделайте себе безопасные толкатели.
